Our mission is to help you gain the confidence and knowledge as parents to put a stop to your little one’s sleep struggles and give your whole family the holistic and peaceful sleep which you deserve. We incorporate a gentle, responsive and compassionate approach in our programme which will ensure a secure attachment will always remain between you and your little one.

About Us

Hello I’m Bethany a Registered Nurse & Certified Baby & Child Infant Sleep Consultant & Mummy to my beautiful little boy who is 1 years old.

Being a mummy to my little boy is what has inspired me to become a gentle and responsive sleep consultant. I want to empower you as parents to feel confident managing your child’s sleep needs and in turn transform your whole families sleep and wellbeing.

Your personal goals will be at the forefront of the sleep programme in which I will create for you. I want to get to know you as individuals, your parenting styles and your family values & lifestyle to enable me to work sensitively with you and ensure I am working with you in a personalised manner.

That’s why I offer a range of services to help babies and young children aged 0-5 get a better night’s rest - help for all the family. I support exhausted families to improve their little one’s sleep which will in turn improve the wellbeing and health of the whole family.

  • I can help you have a bedtime routine that you enjoy and treasure instead of dreading it and worrying about the bedtime routine earlier in the day with my specialised experience and knowledge I can offer you.

  • I can help facilitate you to have your evenings back and some time for you as parents in just 3 weeks, yes REALLY that is possible with my programme.

  • I can help you transform your little one’s full sleep routine and in turn give you back so much in return including the benefits which this will do to you as parents for your physical and mental wellbeing to actually get some consistent rest and time in the daytime too around little one’s naps depending on their age.

Sleep FAQ’S

  • An infant sleep consultant is a specially trained certified professional who helps parents create healthy sleeping habits for their little one’s. The right sleep consultant for you and your family will TRANSFORM your life and they will break down your current sleep habits and challenges for your little one and will create a bespoke personalised plan for you to keep and within just 3 weeks both your little one’s sleep and your whole families sleep will be TRANSFORMED!

  • So sleep training is a method in which is aimed at parents to help their little one’s develop the ability to self settle. The method in which I use is a very gentle method of sleep training. I use a structured step by step method to help you achieve your sleep goals.

  • I typically see some results in the first 4-7 days, and then moving onto the child learning to self settle and overall sleeping better this happens typically around 2 weeks into the programme. Every baby is very different, some respond better than others but you can expect some changes even in that first week period. My support package is for 3 weeks.

  • So I cannot promise you “no tears” as sleep training is a major change for the little one and tears are inevitably the child’s way of communicating during this change. You will never be asked to leave the child on their own or to “cry it out” this is something I never recommend to clients. You will always be able to respond appropriately to your little one which aligns with you as parents and your parenting styles and no sleep training does not affect your bond with little one either.

  • I use a very gentle step by step approach which is over a 3 week support period and I will be there every step of the way to help and guide you along with the gradual changes to your little one’s sleep.

  • Having a sleep consultant yourselves is totally different to just google/social media and other apps/platforms as a sleep consultant can offer personalised support and guidance which is individualised to you as a family and your lifestyle/parenting styles. You will receive evidence based specialised help which is bespoke to you and your little one and have UNLIMITED support and guidance along the way whilst making changes with your little one’s sleep.

  • Unfortunately like anything there is no guarantee that sleep training and working with a sleep consultant will work for you as a family, however I am a dedicated trained and certified infant sleep consultant and professional and I strongly believe that if you are willing to commit to the programme and step by step gradual changes and you are consistent with the guidance and plan given to you that you will see the improvements that you and your entire family needs and at present can only dream about. I can help you transform your little one’s sleep in just 3 weeks.

  • I offer a newborn package for aged 0-12 weeks and them my main sleep programme is for aged 5 months - 5 years.
